Balsamic Vinaigrette

Makes 120m1 
32 calories per tablespoon

Put 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice and plenty of salt and pepper in a clean jar and give it a good shake until everything is combined.

Light Caesar Dressing

Makes 400m1
 65 calories per tablespoon

  • Put 120g mayonnaise (I like Hellmann's), 8 drained and finely chopped anchovies, 4 minced cloves garlic and 120m1 freshly squeezed lemon juice in a dean jar and shake until loose and combined. 
  • Add 60g plain full-fat yoghurt, 4 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 4 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and a pinch celery salt and shake again. Keeps 3-5 days in a jar in the fridge.
